Job Description:

• Provide technical support for desktop systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows-based systems.
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktops and peripheral devices.
• Support networking and printer issues at user end.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of assets and IT tickets.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and antivirus tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience: 1–2 years in IT support.

Location: Mumbai (On-Site)

Job Description:

• Handle IT infrastructure and systems at client sites (desktops, servers, networks).
• Support daily IT operations, incident management, and escalation handling.
• Coordinate with the backend team for advanced troubleshooting.
• Maintain logs and reporting for on-site visits and maintenance activities.
• Ensure IT compliance and security protocols at site level.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of networking, AD, DNS, DHCP, and backup systems.
• Self-motivated with ability to handle field IT issues independently.
• Experience: 4–5 years in a similar role.
